Acrylic Resurfacer

Product Description:

Acrylic Resurfacer is a water-based acrylic polymer dispersion coating material with high adhesive strength, used as a primer surface preparation. It is used to eliminate irregularities on the surface of sports fields and elastic flooring systems and to create an even base for topcoat paints.

Application Steps:

  1. Surface must be completely clean, dry and grease-free.
  2. Acrylic Resurfacer is prepared by mixing with 30-60% quartz sand and 20-40% water as needed.
  3. Applied evenly to the surface using a trowel or roller.
  4. After complete drying, the topcoat (Acrylic Cushion or Acrylic Topcoat) is applied.


Additional Note:

  • Air temperature and humidity may affect application performance.
  • For optimal results, each coat should be allowed to dry completely.
