Product Description:

Polyurethane Based Two Component is a two-component (A+B) polyurethane system with high elasticity and mechanical strength. It is used for bonding SBR and EPDM granule mixtures, elastic flooring systems, and cushioned surfaces. It provides varying levels of resistance to UV, weather, and chemical effects (may vary with aromatic and aliphatic composition).

Application Steps:

  1. Surface must be clean and dry.
  2. A and B components must be thoroughly mixed homogeneously.
  3. The prepared mixture should be mixed with granules and spread on the surface.
  4. Optionally, UV resistance can be increased by protecting the top layer with aliphatic polyurethane.
  5. A minimum of 24–48 hours should be allowed for drying.
